Connect Quickly does not verify personal information on its participants, such as marital status or any other aspects of their general background. It is up to you to clarify these issues to your own satisfaction.
Connect Quickly does not have the ability to independently screen participants registering for its programs. By registering for an Connect Quickly event, you are agreeing that neither Connect Quickly nor any of its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of the Connect Quickly program. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs sponsored by or affiliated with Connect Quickly.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Connect Quickly provides a way for adults to meet each other online. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Connect Quickly. Please read the Agreement carefully before registering with Connect Quickly. By registering with Connect Quickly, you become a member of Connect Quickly and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not register with Connect Quickly. The terms are subject to change by Connect Quickly at any time, effective upon notice to you.
REFUND POLICY
Connect Quickly will only issue a refund for an event canceled by Connect Quickly or the affiliated venue. All refunds are issued in a check form and may take 3-5 business days to receive. However, a credit may be given for the future registration for a similar event.
AGE
Membership with Connect Quickly requires a minimum age of 18 prior to registration. Membership with Connect Quickly will be immediately revokes upon determining a members fails to meet the minimum age requirement.
MEMBERSHIP
By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Either you or Connect Quickly may terminate your Connect Quickly membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Connect Quickly reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to Connect Quickly, or to an off-line Connect Quickly event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to Connect Quickly's attention. Your membership in the Connect Quickly service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You are responsible for logging out if your computer is accessible to others. This prevents unauthorized access.
ONLINE CONDUCT
As a Member, you agree that:
1. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on Connect Quickly, or transmit to other Connect Quickly Members.
2. You will not post on Connect Quickly, or transmit to other Connect Quickly Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
3. You will use Connect Quickly in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
4. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or E-mail addresses other than where asked for it in the Confidential Personal Information section.
5. You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. Connect Quickly reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
6. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through Connect Quickly. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Connect Quickly members. For protection of members against such conduct, Connect Quickly has imposed a 30 message-per-day limit on subscribers.
7. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
8. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Connect Quickly Members. Connect Quickly reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connect Quickly, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Connect Quickly service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
ONLINE CONTENT
Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through Connect Quickly, but not directly by Connect Quickly, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. Connect Quickly does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by parties other than Connect Quickly. Under no circumstances will Connect Quickly be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on Connect Quickly or transmitted to Connect Quickly members.
UNAUTHRIZED TRANSMITIONS
It is possible that other Connect Quickly Members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Connect Quickly service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. Connect Quickly is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you disclose on the Service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the Connect Quickly service or release to others. Connect Quickly reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the Connect Quickly service. Connect Quickly shall have the right to remove any such material that in its sole opinion violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement. Notwithstanding this right of Connect Quickly, you remain solely responsible for the content of the materials you post in the public areas of the service and in your private e-mail messages. E-mails sent between you and other Connect Quickly members that are not readily accessible to the general public will be treated as private by Connect Quickly to the extent required by applicable law.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Connect Quickly owns and retains other proprietary rights in all services offered by Connect Quickly. Connect Quickly contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Connect Quickly, its licenses and licensees. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. By posting information or content to any public area of Connect Quickly, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant to Connect Quickly and other Connect Quickly Members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing.
INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER
Connect Quickly will keep confidential all information supplied by you to Connect Quickly, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law. COMPLAINTS
To resolve a complaint regarding the Connect Quickly service, you should first contact Connect Quickly Customer Support by clicking on the "Contact Us" button.
Guarantee Connect Quickly guarantees that all attendees that pay FULL price will receive a match or the next event is FREE. This promise does not apply to any attendee that pay's less then the full price ($30) for the event. This guarantee is also null and void if the person is not in the stated age range or group (ie. Christian, Gay or Single Parent etc.) of the event that he/she attend.
Disclaimer of warranty: Connect Quickly provides service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, statutory, in any communication with Connect Quickly or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. Connect Quickly specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Connect Quickly does not warrant that your use of the Connect Quickly service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. Connect Quickly disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability. Limitation of liability: In no event will Connect Quickly be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use Connect Quickly, even if Connect Quickly or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or to any person other than you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Connect Quickly's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Connect Quickly for the service during the term of membership. Connect Quickly does not screen the members registering for services offered by Connect Quickly in any way. As a result Connect Quickly will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this service, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service, or introduced to you via this service. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort. Connect Quickly asks all prospective participants if they are single. But we do not verify this information. Therefore, Connect Quickly is not liable for the integrity of statements made by members as to their identity, marital status and general background. It is incumbent and advised upon the user to verify any and all information relating to but not limited to this subject. It is advised to check references of any member.

Your name, address, and telephone number are confidential. We will maintain this information in our secure database. We may use it to facilitate your user experience with our web site, as well as, when necessary, to contact you. Your e-mail address will also be stored in our secure database, and we may use this address to contact you with announcements and information regarding events. We may also provide your contact information to individuals with whom there is a mutual match, and to any individuals you have sent a second chance e-mail. In addition, some events are co-sponsored and promoted by an organization other than Match Events. For co-sponsored events, we reserve the right to share customer information from those events with the co-sponsoring organization. However, we will not sell or provide your contact information to any other organization who may be interested in making unsolicited contacts.
BILLING INFORMATION
When signing up for an event using a credit card, you will be asked to provide additional financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. We use encryption technology to protect your credit card information while in transit, via the Internet, to our servers. Connect Quickly uses a 3rd party certified Merchant Bank for card processing.
OTHER INFORMATION
When you connect to Connect Quickly, certain types of data, such as your IP address, browser, type of computer and operating system may be collected automatically. This information is useful to us in improving our web site functionality and security. We may analyze this information for internal business purposes but it is not made available to any person outside the Match Events organization. We will only disclose this information if required by law.
SECUTIRY
We may use 'cookies' to simplify the user's experience. If you set your browser to reject cookies, the Service may not function properly. The Connect Quickly database resides behind a firewall in order to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have taken preventive measures to restrict access to sensitive data, as well as to detect and prohibit certain connections and operations by unauthorized users. No claim is made as to the impenetrability of the system under unusual circumstance or its resilience to future attacks.
